How It Works...
After you send out the contact form, call, or text us, we will respond to set up a pick up appointment.
Pick up/ delivery appointments can be scheduled between 9 A.M. – 11 A.M. and 12 P.M. – 2 P.M. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Options are available outside of these windows, if needed.
Your bike is brought to our fully equipped bike shop located in Kensington, California, where we promptly inspect the bike and reach out with a budget and time estimate. Turn around times are typically between 1 – 3 days, depending on the parts needed.
Work will only start once estimates are approved.
Pick up and drop off is free for repairs over $100. Otherwise, there is a $55 fee.
All repairs are warrantied for 30 days.
